I received excellent eye care at today’s appointment. All the staff were professional, patient, and answered my questions. This is my second appointment at Eye Associates and Dr Ballew explained the results of today’s eye exam. She answered all of my questions and concerns about my vision and eye health.

she knows her stuff, knows how to communicate, and listen to everything I had to say and did her best to explore every possibility to make sure I didn’t have an infection and did a bunch of other stuff just to check my eyes out
