I felt like it was a through exam. She listened to me and answered my questions.
Dr Bellew was able to fit me into her schedule to address a serious issue postoperatively from MY surgery the day before. She continued treatment until I was in a safe place with my eye.
Another staff member came in, apparently to act as scribe for Dr Ballew. Did not greet patient or introduce herself or her role. Inappropriate and rude. Someone please teach her basic patient service skills.
