The reviews listed below were collected independently of Kleiman Evangelista Eye Centers of Texas through rater8. Each review represents an authentic and verified patient experience.
She did not use gloves and touched my eyeball multiple times with her finger after knowing I was susceptible to infection. Her assistant also did not use gloves to put the eye drops in and touched my eyeball multiple times. I asked if they used gloves and she said yes, then they did not. The assistant only used gloves after I asked her to. Then Nigenda came in and didn’t use any gloves. I was totally infuriated and grossed out. Will never come back here.
