She received her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Minnesota and completed her Doctor of Optometry degree from Illinois College of Optometry, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. I was amazed at how she got a hair out of my eye!! She ALSO listened to what my concerns were and ordered to have my eye exam repeated and it was done without my glasses on which I think will make a huge difference. I can't wait to get my new lense! I have been struggling with the one I got after my cataract surgery for a couple months. I hope to continue seeing this Dr!!! She seems to really care about her patients.

Dr. Bergman has previously worked as a Student Clinician as well as an Eyewear Consultant, gaining valuable Optometric experience in the field. Throughout her training and education, she has received several honors, including a role in the Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society, Tomb and Key Honor Society, and Clinical Honors in all three years of independent clinic at Illinois College of Optometry.
Dr. Bergman recently volunteered for the 2022 Special Olympics and is already looking forward to doing it again next year! In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking new recipes, playing board games, exploring new cities and restaurants, and spending time with her friends, family, and fiancé.
