My son absolutely loved the visit with Dr. Vatanpour . She had such a good energy about her, and he said that eye exam was better than the one he had previously at target he felt cared for and heard. Everyone in the office was amazing and just very sweet.

Dr. Neda is absolutely amazing! Very professional and knowledgeable.
She took her time to explaining every step of the testing and walked me through my retinal in detail. I never felt rushed. Excellent care!

I’ve never been tested for glaucoma but after using these eyedrops for 2months she will decide whether to test me for that. Never been told I may be a candidate for it but I will follow through with the drops and she what she says when I see her again

She went on to earn her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of the Incarnate Word Rosenberg School of Optometry.
Dr. Vatanpour holds a Therapeutic Optometric License from the Texas Board of Optometry, as well as an Optometric Glaucoma Specialist license. She has special interests in the diagnosis and management of ocular diseases, myopia management, and specialty contact lens fittings.
Her externship training included a semester rotation at Community Eye Clinic in Fort Worth, Texas, where she gained extensive experience managing a wide range of ocular pathology and advanced contact lens fittings, including myopia control. She also completed a semester rotation at Joint Base San Antonio – Fort Sam Houston, where she managed numerous cases involving corneal foreign body removal, minor surgical procedures, and ocular disease while providing care to active-duty military personnel and veterans.
Outside of optometry, Dr. Vatanpour enjoys camping, playing ping pong, and spending time with her family, including her husband and two sons.
