She was in a hurry, did not acknowledge that I brought in my 87 year old mom. Did not ask if we had any questions. I will refuse for her to see my mom going forward.

Neda Vatanpour, O.D., attended Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience with a minor in Chemistry in 2009. She went on to earn her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of the Incarnate Word Rosenberg School of Optometry.
Dr. Vatanpour holds a Therapeutic Optometric License from the Texas Board of Optometry, as well as an Optometric Glaucoma Specialist license. She has special interests in the diagnosis and management of ocular diseases, myopia management, and specialty contact lens fittings.
Her externship training included a semester rotation at Community Eye Clinic in Fort Worth, Texas, where she gained extensive experience managing a wide range of ocular pathology and advanced contact lens fittings, including myopia control. She also completed a semester rotation at Joint Base San Antonio – Fort Sam Houston, where she managed numerous cases involving corneal foreign body removal, minor surgical procedures, and ocular disease while providing care to active-duty military personnel and veterans.
Outside of optometry, Dr. Vatanpour enjoys camping, playing ping pong, and spending time with her family, including her husband and two sons.
