Extremely personable and down to earth. Clearly very good at what she does. Additionally, she went out of her way to be helpful, both in the exam, showing me the difference between my old lens and how I would see with the new ones, and then insisted in double checking with the front counter personnel about an insurance issue I thought I had. Ultimately, she helped me get 30% off my new glasses. I will ask for her by name the next time I make an exam appointment. I hope she is still working there when I do!

Kind, courteous, patient with my 94yo grandmother and could explain to both me and my grandmother the issue in two languages. We went home and told my grandpa about her because it was so lovely to find an Armenian doctor who works this type of specialty near us. He was so sad he didn’t have eye problems so he couldnt meet her. (He’s 99yo for reference) Truly a delight and made my trip easier
