The waiting period was too long.

I rated this doctor and facility poorly because, I had an appointment at 10:10 a.m. and I waited an hour and a half, and still the doctor was not available to see me, so I left the facility before I had an opportunity to see the doctor, they were overbooked, and I did not appreciate having to wait an hour and a half. I will not go back to that doctor/facility.

No one told me that my previous dr. Left. I was scheduled to see ms. Shaw for my first visit with her. She was so backed up that a worker came in and ask if I was ok to see another Dr. I could see Shaw but I had to wait... further - I had a 3:50 pm appointment I did not leave the office until 5pm.
