She should have introduced herself. Also, she didn't explain the procedure she was doing. In the past with other doctors tested my vision and did other tests including dilating the eyes. She's making me come back again to do tests that other doctors did all at once.

Dr Pham speaks to her patients while giving them her back never eye to eye including Me this is a sign of disrespect arrogance and poor service sorry to say that so as her nurse both were speaking to giving me their back I am saying this so Azul will stay the best

I find Dr. Pham to be professional, east to talk with, and she always asks if I have questions for her. When I do, she explains the answer to me in a way that a non- medical person understands. I’m very pleased with her.
