It was a very pleasant experience. The doctor is knowledgeable and friendly. The ladies in the office are all friendly and professional.

Everybody in that office is polite and friendly. No long wait times, either!

Dr Hetland has always been my favorite eye doctor ever since he was with WakMart. He is kind, understanding, and takes his time. Although my vision insurance doesn’t cover Pacific Eye Care, I do believe that I will continue to go to him even if he’s no longer with WalMart.

I have astigmatism and I know it will be right. Really nice girls in his office also. Dr Hetland has been the only doctor that has allowed me to see so greatly! He really listens and is never in a hurry.

Of all my days of going to a physician I absolutely come in doctor hetland and his staff they did an absolute beautiful job he took his time to explain each and everything throughout the whole visit that I had today his staff brought me into an appointment because I went to the wrong office I've had them for years they are just absolutely wonderful I give him a thousand twenty million percent

Nice man, not too sure how thorough he was without prodding about existing eye disease. Really just interested in prescription glasses, and not as involved with retinal health and disease. Did eventually get a referral to ophthalmologist
