Didn’t listen to my concerns.. went in only for a large floater in left eye..he did everything but address the floater. Really wanted me to purchase glasses which I didn’t need. After I left the office called to reschedule an appointment with the retina specialist for a detachment! The office and Dr Hetland are clueless to patient needs . Was throughly dissatisfied and felt robbed of my time.. and my one and only free exam for the entire year! Will not be returning to this office.
