Mark is a great optometrist. He has help me so much through these last few months following my corneal transplant. I can’t say enough about him.
I waited 35 min in the exam room. He did any eye exam following treatment with Xdemvy. He didn’t tell me if my condition was resolved. Said the drops don’t always work for everyone. If I had a problem make an appointment or else come back in a year. Pretty underwhelming assessment & f/up instructions. In my patient portal notes he wrote he discussed early cataract formation & dry eye condition. He did not have any such conversation. He basically confirmed I used the eye gtts as instructed & said to finish the bottle & left. I’ll never see him or recommend him. He stammers when he talks & sounds marginally competent. Not informative, helpful or encouraging of my eye treatment or recovery.

One of the best doctors I've had. Where some can be flippant, Dr. Buboltz is the exact opposite. You can genuinely tell the high level emotional intelligence that goes into his work with his patients. Hard to describe how patients value that.
