One of the most unprofessional medical assistant I have ever met.
I was greeted by her aggressive, unprofessional demeanor that immediately react to her as little as possible. I referred her to the online chart notes. Her unprofessional questions led me to tell her, “I’m not doing this”, and walked out the room.
I am confident the assistant explained to her why she was seeing the patient. If not she is educated enough in her specialty to find out. Instead I felt she entered the room as though she was trying to cause an issue. I was woman enough to walk away.
She should have been professionally enough to carry out her duties. “What do you want me to do for you”, was her questions, repeated multiple times. Instead she was speaking to me like a smartass woman on the street, not as a medical professional.

Pacific Eye Institute is very good. They have excellent doctors. They need to do better at answering their phone. They provide an 800 number that doesn't always get you to the right location. It's frustrating!
