I had a fantastic experience during my recent appointment at Pacific Eye Institute. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was welcoming and efficient. The medical assistants and doctors were incredibly thorough, taking the time to explain every test and answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed.

I’m sorry to say that she didn’t seem to have enough experience. She didn’t even know what medication (eye drops) I was taking. She didn’t provide me with any information regarding how my left eye was doing after surgery. I will try to make my next appointment with Doctor Henwood and not with Doctor Daniel..
