She explained everything and made sure I understood . She has a very calming way about her .

She was very nice and knowledgeable, but while sitting she was touching her shoes and then the equipment without washing her hands. The equipment was the one that I look side to side, up and down and the one she put on her head. It is very important to keep everything sterile and clean.
