Dr. Tran is a nice, patient, and thorough doctor. I had to wait a long time to get an appointment but that’s not his fault there aren’t enough doctors to serve all the patients. It’s also a bit of a wait on the day of your appointment, but he takes his time and explains everything clearly.

Talked to me nice and slow so I could understand, and what I didn't I asked him more

Dr. did not listen to me. I told him I could not to do the eye pressure test; that I have never been able to do it with out me ending in tears. I can not do it. He said he was "uncomfortable" not doing the test, even though no dr. in the office has ever forced me to do the test after explaining my difficulties. No surprise that the appointment ended with me in tears after an assistant was asked to hold me down to overcome my shaking. I was then told to go home and practice putting on my make in order overcome my issues with the test. Unbelivable! I wish the dr had believed me when I told him I could not do the test and had put my comfort over his.

Dr Tran was very efficient, listened to my concerns and was very clear on how to proceed.

I saw him last year. He failed to diagnose my eye disease. Gave me expired coupons for over the counter drops. I was well beyond over the counter drops in my eye in my progression. I was nearly begging and crying on the phone for help shortly l after that. Dr Abassi diagnosed me right away and provided the medical intervention I needed. I’m floored that Tran did nothing and left me in that condition!!

Dr. Tran was good, but he did not take my concerns seriously. He dismissed them rather quickly and when I pushed him on it, he doubled down, basically saying that I didn't know my own vision. I've had my eyes for 40 years, I think I know my own vision.

Dr Tran was nice enough but I didn’t appreciate the verbal pressure to purchase glasses from that office…I did want a print out of my prescription. He is not very good at listening to the patient

He took the time to evaluate and care for me..

Only did half the exam. Have to wait over two months to complete the exam. Then wait another month to see the surgeon . The time schedule needs to be changed and the diagnostic procedures should be together. The wait time in the receptionist area was to long waiting to see the doctor. The doctor was very nice.

I saw this optometrist for the first time and was truly impressed. He was very thorough,,knowledgeable and compassionate.He listened to my complaints and explained my results in detail. He scheduled a follow up visit to make sure there weren’t any missed problems. Kevin was very nice and personable however the office was very busy and it seemed like Kevin was bouncing around trying to handle it all the best he could. As a referral to a specialist concerning my eyes and possible surgery I take this condition and situation serious. I felt like it was a little rushed and I didn’t get the time necessary to really look over the condition of my eyes and get all my concerns answered do to the office being overwhelmed with other patients

This was my 1st time with this ophthalmologist. He was professional, kind and thoroughly explained the course of action he was going to try to address an ongoing eye issue I’ve had for 3 yrs. He went a step further and gave me 2 more options we could pursue if his first course was non responsive. I was so happy I was almost in tears! 3 yrs of eye specialist and all anyone had done had great the symptoms and given me no hope. Please put your trust in Dr. Tran, it will be greatly awarded.
