Good OD and explained all well. He is excellent. Unfortunately the Optican and the costly pricing makes a negative impression of Azul not the doctors professional work.

Rude bedside manners.
His criteria that he will refer me to an ophtalmologist only if i need surgery is questionable. 🧐

So thorough, patient, and polite. His kindness towards my elderly mother, who is also hard of hearing on top of having vision problems, is top tier. I'm sorry he is moving a 30 minute drive away. He leaves a very high standard of care for the next doctor to measure up to.
