Knowledgeable and nice
Excellent health care provider. Very patient with my questions, provided helpful explanations. I would say this also about her staff. Great team.
She was great. Answered my questions. Gave clear explanation re my eye health, purpose of a scan etc. very pleasant and professional. Other staff were efficient, welcoming and appeared very experienced with the eye tests etc.
I had to wait for 40 minutes. If I was late 40 minutes for my appointment it would have been cancelled and I would still be charged. Will I be compensated for a 40 minutes wait and only 20ish minutes to be checked by doctor and assistants?
