Dr. Chu is knowledgeable and friendly. Her support staff dropped the ball again today and called off. Third time I've had to reschedule my appointment. 🫤

This particular doctor has no patience which is needed since she works with patients especially more so for patients that might be intellectually delayed, have dementia, the elderly or someone that may not be able to hear, this would not be the doctor I would recommend, now as for facility it is nice & clean, also they are pretty quick in taking patients but also taking time in asking questions & the receptionists & the assistants to the doctor were really nice. Would go again only if can be seen by another doctor.
