She’s an outstanding doctor who explains her diagnosis clearly and thoroughly. She reviews the patient’s files beforehand and is ready to address any concerns.

I left, knowing a lot more than when I went to the appointment. She switched my medication to one. She thought would address my problem better and gave me samples to try out along with my prescription and also an over-the-counter medication to take along with the prescription. She totally understood my symptoms and issues and that was such a relief.

Dr. Hobbs was very helpful and provided me with answers to all my questions, as well as friendly, courteous and sharp.

My appointment was at 7:30am. i didn't get in to see the doctor until after 8:05am. I was supposed to get a quick pressure check after an SLT procedure a month ago and I ended up being there for over an hour. She also said it was good that my pressure was down 2 points (in reality my pressure needed to be under 10 to show the SLT worked). The tech who took my pressure didn't know what she was doing and tried several times almost poking my eye before getting a handheld pressure checker that is not as reliable. Unfortunately, my regular optthamologist is booked until October of 2024. I may need to find a new doctor.

Dr. Hobbs is very good but the technician support at this office is not as good as we are used to. The appointment took much longer than it should have because a technician was unable to complete a test which involved taking a picture of Roger's optic nerve. Other technicians were able to dilate is eyes and take the picture.

I had to wait 45 minutes in a room full of unmasked patients before seeing her technician and that was after my insistence to see some one. Then she was upset at me for being upset saying this method is the norm. I don't know what norm a medical office practices when Covid is still active and we have many families with a member or two suffering lasting ill effects from it
