Dr. Tran is very detailed and super patient, I love that she doesn't rush and is very thorough with the check up and with your questions.

The problem was not with Tran. I had an appointment scheduled with Dr Rex Gallegos mot Tran. I was informed that I would not be seeing Gallegos when I checked in. This is the second time in a row that your central appointment system has made an aerator with my appointment. The previous appointment was scheduled for Hlendale not Glendora which required me to drive twice as far. If you are going to change the Dr I will be seeing I expect that I would be informed before I arrive at your office. I made a new appointment to see Gallegos.

Location address texted to me was wrong. Glendora is in the North NOT South and when arriving late I noticed with only two doctors in there were at least 12 people waiting to to be seen. I ended up leaving after your receptionist asked me if I still wanted to be seen which was very strange since I had been seated for about 30 min already.
