This rating isn’t for her. It is for the entire process today. I had checked in online twice, but I still had to do it one more time when I got there. My credit card wouldn’t go through. It finally went through. My appointment was at 9:20 I was still sitting in the lobby at 9:45. I asked the front desk how long it would be. They told me from check-in to checkout would be one and a half to two hours That in my mind is an excessive amount of time to come to a provider to get an eye exam.
