The reviews listed below were collected independently of Eye Associates of New Mexico through rater8. Each review represents an authentic and verified patient experience.
Dr. Dunn is not a caring and she is an inexperienced optometrist. She said that she could not help me because of the thickness of the prism and who knows if she was doing it correctly. Her tech eventually placed a prism in my right lens and to tell you the truth I don’t know if it was done correctly. Dr. Dunn also said that it was going to pay $100 and that the insurance might not cover it. I told her that it did not matter if the insurance covered it or not ; I will pay the &100. I needed the prism so that it would correct my double vision. The whole experience was not the best. I don’t know why my insurance is paying her if she could not help me in the first place. I hope you reevaluate her as a certified optometrist.

Wait times are too long even when the appointment is a scheduled appointment. Every measurement that needed to be taken required a wait because the machine was in use--3 different measurements.
