Neither he or the person I saw before him introduced themselves?? I think he was thorough and good but half the time I could not hear what he was saying (and I'm not hard of hearing!)

He was kind, empathetic and thorough in trying to resolve my problem.Only complaint was that I waited 45 minutes after my appointment was scheduled. I think there was some communication problem because I was seen after I found someone to look into the problem.

Dr. Budge gives the most thorough eye exams I have ever had. He takes the time to get the prescription as accurate as possible, which I really appreciate.
