Jacob Bailey, O.D.

Dr. Jacob Bailey, O.D. was certified by the New Mexico Board of Optometry, he received his undergraduate degree with highest honors in Human Health studies from Arizona State University. He also graduated with honors from Pacific University College of Optometry. After graduation, he served in the Air Force at Dyess AFB in Abilene Texas. He practiced as the sole doctor providing eye care to active duty and retired military members. He also sat on the Executive Board for Dyess AFB Medical Group and served as the Medical Group Chief for the Emergency Operations Center working closely with community hospital leaders.

Dr. Bailey is passionate about providing the highest level of comprehensive eye care to all patients. He is a general practice optometrist that provides for the visual and ocular care for all ages. He loves working with patients who have healthy eyes and people that have been diagnosed with disease to help maximize their ocular health and vision.

Dr. Bailey is excited to serve the people of Southern New Mexico. He resides in Alamogordo with his wife and three children. He enjoys coaching and playing all sports, and spending time in the outdoors with family and friends. Dr. Bailey is available to see patients in Alamogordo and Ruidoso.
