I like Dr. Doeden’s calm and competent manner. She isn’t chatty but gives solid information and takes the time to answer questions.

Doctor Doeden was great. However, one of the receptionists toook my information and printed my sheet to give the nurse and forgot to do the next step. After about 30 minutes of watching patients come and go, I got phone call from inside the clinic, asking if I was close. I said "YES, I'M SITTING OUT IN THE WAITING ROOM, HAVE BEEN FOR ABOUT 1/2 HOUR!!!!" That was a bad experience. We drove 37 miles from Ramsey, north of Anoka. We made sure to get there before our appt. And then we end up not leaving for home until almost an hour later. VERY DISSAPOINTING!!!!!!!

The process is very efficient and I was in and out, even with dilation, in 45 minutes.

Before joining Minnesota Eye Consultants, Dr. Doeden practiced in Lakeville, MN for 13 years. She focused primarily on ocular disease prevention and treatment, acute care for ocular emergencies, treatment of refractive and accommodative disorders, contact lens management and pre- and post-operative care for refractive surgery, cataract extractions, and other ophthalmic surgeries.
Dr. Doeden is also involved in volunteer activities with the Minnesota Optometric Association and her local community. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
