Because my eye was not like the night before I saw her. I don’t suppose she could do anything about it. Why can’t I see the eye doctor who I used to see and did my cataract surgery on both eyes?

Acceptable experience. I was a bit put off by the shuffle in and out of waiting rooms. I suppose that is simply part of the drill for a comprehensive eye exam. Much better than experiences at other facilities in area.

Re: Discussion about Dry Eye issues due to Sjogren's Syndrome. Dr. D. did not provide a referral within your group. We discussed maintaining use of daily moisture drops, hot packs and purchased eye lid treatments; however she turned to the scribe to have her send in a script for Restasis to my pharmacy. We had not discussed this. I asked to delay the script as the costs are unknown to me and they can be expensive. I said I would follow the treatment we discussed. I also assume a referral to your Dry Eye specialist might be in order before I order a new script.

Dr Doeden explains things very clearly. She lis professional and shows you respect by listening.

Your very efficient

I was given dilation drops, not told how long they would last, not offered reversal drops. When I did get them, something happened with them and my vision was blurry for 2 hrs making it impossible for me to drive. I called the nurse triage line twice and never received a call back. Dr. Doeden did not describe what she was doing or why she made the decisions she did. My perception changed, and she did not articulate why that happened or why she thought the new perception would be beneficial . When I was prepped for the exam, I also did not get any description of what the test were and if the results were normal or not. Overall the perception was very poor and the incidents with the drops and my limited vision was negligent. I was pulled over on the side of the road for 2 hours with no response from the triage team.
