Great visit

I am very happy that i met Dr. Eriq Plechot today for my eye care. Dr. Eriq Plechot spent quality time to discuss what can possibly about the illness of my eyes. He guided me what i can do to reduce the issues and treatment for my eyes, he ordered health nurse/staff to take pictures of my eyes and reviewed the result as it was done. overall, I’m had a great experience visiting Azul Vision center.

Professional and to the point. Suggested I see a specialist.

Dr. Plechot is very professional, kind, caring and makes you feel at ease. He takes his time to listen to any questions you may have and his answers are easy to understand. So very happy he is my eye doctor!

I did not see Eric Plechot. After filling out my pre-visit paper work on line and arriving for my appointment on time I was told they had no idea how long i would have to wait! I had another appointment and had to leave.

Terrible bedside manner. Didn’t even introduce himself, rude and very apathetic- like he wanted to be anywhere else but there. If you’re in the business of helping people when they are most vulnerable perhaps a little empathy and kindness will go a long way. I actually made an appt here because I thought I was seeing another doctor that was recommended; turns out she is no longer there. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a physician of any kind.

Optometrist was super friendly! Very nice! He explained and answered all my questions properly and provided excellent service.

I appreciated how Dr. Plechot came out and called my name to escort me to the back for my consultation and meeting him, after my eye being dilated as this was my first time in the office.
