Dr. Byrne was totally present to me while she was with me. She was caring and totally honest, including when the problem with my glasses temporarily stumped her. She even accompanied me to the optical shop to discuss her concerns with the associate there and to the reception desk to request another appointment for me with her. Her concern extended to not wanting me to having unnecessary expenses related to my glasses.
