Elizabeth A. Dosch, O.D.

Dr. Elisabeth A. Dosch, O.D. was certified by the New Mexico Board of Optometry, she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from New Mexico State University. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of the Incarnate Word Rosenberg School of Optometry in San Antonio, Texas. During her training she was the recipient of the Clinical Excellence Award for exceptional patient care, and she was selected for membership into the Gold Key International Optometric Honor Society for outstanding leadership and service to her class and the profession.

She has had the opportunity to participate in and present research at multiple conferences. Dr. Dosch is also grateful for the opportunity to have served on international mission trips to Panama and Guatemala where she provided comprehensive eye exams and glasses to hundreds of patients.

Her areas of interest include ocular disease and contact lenses. Dr. Dosch is passionate about providing care to those with diabetes, cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, dry eye and other eye diseases. Her goal is to ensure patients understand their eye condition, and she is dedicated to educating people with regards to their health and its effects on their eyes.

Dr. Dosch is a member of the American Optometric Association as well as the New Mexico Optometric Association. She resides in Las Cruces with her husband and two dogs. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking in the beautiful mountains and spending time with family. She is excited to provide eye care in southern New Mexico and is available for appointments in Las Cruces, Truth or Consequences, and Alamogordo.
