Dr Peterson has been my eye doctor since 2021. I got a very bad eye condition. During covid Dr Peterson fit me in when I could not get in anywhere else . Im so grateful for his expertise and his kind and thoughtful demeanor ! He is super!! I strongly recommend him and NW eye !!

Dr. Peterson has been an active part of Northwest Eye’s respected team of doctors since the summer of 2013.
A Minnesota native and graduate of Cannon Falls High School, Dr. Peterson attended Syracuse University and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology. He earned his Doctorate of Optometry at the University of Missouri-St. Louis College of Optometry, during which time he received awards for excellence in contact lens patient care and clinical skills.
Away from the clinic, Dr. Peterson shares life with his wife and two boys. They enjoy relaxing on the north shore of Lake Superior and trying new restaurants across the Twin Cities.
