I was kept waiting 2 hrs and was never seen. I finally left without anyone bothering to inform me how much longer it would be or the reason for the long wait. During those 2 hrs of waiting a dozen patients who arrived after me were seen and left. After 90 mins of waiting I inquired at reception and was told there were a couple patients ahead of me. I was told the same thing 2 hrs earlier when I first arrived.
Able to give explainatioms and given me an understanding of what was going on with my eyes. I felt comfortable asking questions.

Dr. Solano was very kind and informative. He told me what to expect and I trust him with my care. Very blessed to have him as my doctor.

My only disappointment is that my appointment was at 10:30am and I wasn’t seen until after 12:45pm. A very long time past my appointment time.
