The result of today’s appointment was much better than the last one. He made a very sincere decision and I was extremely pleased.
Damian took time to explain as well as he could i appreciate the fact that he called in a ophthalmologist for additional advise and infirmation
Dr. Solano did a thorough job with my annual eye exam — the exam was comprehensive, including pupil dilation, and he took the time to explain everything clearly. Staff were friendly throughout. My only note would be a longer wait between check-in and actually being seen, but the quality of care made up for it. Overall a solid experience and I'd recommend him for routine eye care.
Very professional, I formative, and respectful. Would like to see Mr. Somano again at my yearly appointment.
Exam was very thorough. He answered my questions to my satisfaction. Explanation of my eye condition, dry macular degeneration, was fully explained, but he was highly technical. I think he assumed I understood everything completely. The young intern or tech that worked with him was much more helpful after the doctor left in making sure I understood the details of the exam and the steps I needed to take to slow the progress of my condition. Taken together, it was a good exam and I got the information I needed to understand macular degeneration. Findings and instructions in the exam report were clear and concise. I requested an updated prescription and got one. The process from check-in to completion was efficient and pretty smooth. I was satisfied with the visit overall. I hesitate to give a rating of 5 because everything during the exam felt "rushed."

I was kept waiting 2 hrs and was never seen. I finally left without anyone bothering to inform me how much longer it would be or the reason for the long wait. During those 2 hrs of waiting a dozen patients who arrived after me were seen and left. After 90 mins of waiting I inquired at reception and was told there were a couple patients ahead of me. I was told the same thing 2 hrs earlier when I first arrived.
