Dr Hermann substituted for Dr Boots during my visit.

I saw Dr Boots yesterday for double vision. She recommended I have a scan to determine if I’d had a stroke. No stroke or tumor but I do have a brain aneurysm pressing on an optic nerve. I was hospitalized immediately and am awaiting angiogram/surgery. Thanks for saving my life!

Very pleasant, friendly and informative.

She was curt. Clinical skills seemed fine. But upon review of my continuity of care document, I found documentation of instructions that were never verbally given. As a retired health care professional of 40 years, I well grasp the important role of education and accurate documentation. The technicians I saw before her were great, pleasant, made me feel welcome. Dr. Boots made me feel like I was an imposition.

We had a yag laser follow-up appt. Dr boots answered all our questions, made certain my husband's eye was good. She was really pleasant and made us feel we mattered. Spent sufficient time with us.

I believe in the experience and knowledge of my eye doctor (Dr. Cristele Boots) to give me the best eye attention that I deserve.

Dr. Boots has always taken time to provide the best care for my eyes. At this visit, she actually decided to change my medication, based on what she was seeing from the exam. She also listened when I brought up another symptom I've been having, and validated what I've been thinking is going on. Dr. Boots is an excellent physician! She is very personable, and genuinely cares for her patients. Go see her if you need eye care!

Everyone from the front desk to the last person who shows you to the lobby are kind, helpful and answer your questions. Dr. Boots never rushes you through.
