Dr. Obi conducted a thorough examination of my left eye that has become vision impaired and explained the issues clearly, then referred me to a retinal specialist for further treatment.

Excellent service

I had a bad allergic inflammatory reaction around my eyes. My primary doctor and I was concerned if the inflammation has affected my vision, especially monitoring possibly of glaucoma. Make a request for an emergency appointment. Unfortunately, my Optomologist’s was not available but Dr. Christopher Obi was kind enough to sneeze me in his busy scheduled and suggested some eye products. I was very grateful that staff team arrange so I can be seen so quickly.

I appreciate that as busy as he is, he takes the time to listen to the issues you have. He tells you exactly what he sees and doesn't rush out of the room until he's answered all your questions. This location also has friendly techs and office staff.

After waiting almost a month for an appointment I was charged $40 to be told I need to wait another 2 weeks to go to the ‘specialist’ or ophthalmologist where I was supposed to be referred initially. My reason for the appointment was erroneously listed as ‘for eye dilation. After declining, my eyes were still dilated with the nurse stating it was just to numb the eye. However, the records did not indicate my declination.
