Originally practicing in Madison, WI with his wife Amy, Dr. Freed moved to Minnesota in 1998. I saw 2 new different doctors within 2 days. They both were great & my eye is doing great. They only thing I would recommend to the clinic is to improve the call back center...I lost my prescription & needed a replacement (due to application every 3 hours & I was going out of town. At the end of the next day I called to follow up but it was too late for me to go get the new one. It shouldn't take that long to get a call back.
