Charles and the team were great and my appointment was moved up to see me same day. Experience was positive.
My complaint is I was told to make an appointment for potential follow up needed for my eye, thinking I would either cancel if my problem is resolved or get specialized treatment is it persists. When I went to the front desk to schedule after me appointment, I was told the next available appointment is in October! If i need a shot or tissue removed, that is not helpful at all. Now I am going to have to go back to the drawing board looking for a different provider that can see me. Very frustrating.

Dr. Kopp earned his Doctor of Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, IL, graduating in May 2014. During his academic journey, he received the clinical excellence award for outstanding clinical care, was a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa honor society, tutored students in clinical skills, and served as a teaching assistant for multiple courses.
Before pursuing optometry, Dr. Kopp earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Bethel University in St. Paul, MN, graduating in May 2010.
In his free time, Dr. Kopp loves to spend time with his wife and two daughters outside, camping, biking, and boating. He enjoys playing golf and softball. Woodworking is also a favorite pastime.
