Chad has been heavily involved in the community since moving to Chaska. He served on the City Council for eleven years, chaired the Southwest Metro Transit Board and served on numerous committees. When you see Dr. Dockter for an appointment, you can expect it to be honest, direct, and relationship-based. He truly cares about his patients' problems, and is committed to solving them.
He did my eye exam fine, but acted like he didn’t have the time of day to discuss why my right eye has been bugging me.
Dr. Dockter is helpful and straight forward. Highly recommend.
Always professional, yet takes time to be personable.
Chad is personable and understanding and helps me to see the best I can at my advanced age lol
i always want more information. Patients should not have to think up questions when supposed professionals should be providing the answers without asking.
Perfect!
On time. Direct. Informed.
Always pleasant and professional.
I found my eye doctor!!!! He was very nice and assured me I didn’t need glasses and readers would be fine. With being diabetic I was so nervous .
He is professional, patient and explains your diagnosis and care in non-medical terms.
