I was pleased with the care I received the technician was friendly and answered my question he introduced himself to me. And told me to wait in the waiting room. When it was time for me to be seen they called me back. A young woman who called me back I didn’t have any idea who she was she didn’t introduce herself. I thought she was the doctor helper till I asked her if she was the doctor and she said yes. What’s wrong now days that it’s so hard to let the patient know who they are. We don’t know who they are a helper or a doctor.
