I feel Dr was rushed at my appointment and it was due to another colleague. In the middle of my appointment another Dr opened the door and said he has a question about another patient when he had a chance. As we were walking out the other Dr handed him a drink congratulating him on something. While I think he was an ok Dr I think he was thrown off by the door opening and being asked to talk about another patient Then I thought it was unprofessional to hand him a drink in-front of patients in the middle of the office. I’m sure this was a one time thing but not a good look.
Dr. Alva and staff are very welcoming and take their time when answering questions during evaluation.
