Dr. Murphy did a great job, he answered any questions concerns and was pleasant and overall a nice guy. The technician was just ok, his demeanor made me feel a little awkward and I feel as though he could have been a little more welcoming. I have also never in my life spent so much time waiting at an optometry appointment. I waited over half an hour between seeing the tech and seeing the dr. That was unusual as other places I have been (out of state), I’ve been in and out in 20 minutes, especially for it being an early morning appointment.

Dr. Murphy was 25 minutes late. He came in exam room 25 minutes after the tech was finished.
After i waited for 25 min. I opened he door and asked someone if Dr. Murphy was going to do my exam and another tech said she would find out where he is. She came back and said he was in traffic. My appt. Was at 7am and once he came in with original tech, neither of them apologized, or told me they appreciated my patience for waiting. Terrible service!! I will never go back.

Inordinate wait time and curt, borderline rude behavior. I appreciate the service but not the treatment.

So kind and gentle. Was very thorough on the exam. More then happy to answer any of my concerns. Made my visit feel like it was pretty successful. Worth my out of town drive .

I'm a76 year old pre-diabetic. I'm supposed to have an annual retinal exam. I thought I was seeing an opthalmologist at your facility, and now I find out that I ended up seeing an optometrist. Why did this happen??
