Very knowledgeable. Poor bedside manner. I’ve never been treated like that at any appointment. Suggest better communication skills and to be kind to customers . I will choose another provider in the future. Her assistant is very kind as well as the guy answering insurance questions, both were very helpful.

Dr Freed is so professional and nice
She was able to fit me in prior to my leaving town. I was relieved that there was nothing seriously wrong with my eyes and so I could enjoy my trip!

Dr. Freed started practicing in Madison, Wisconsin then moved to Minnesota in 1998, where she continues to practice. In 2005 Dr. Freed opened Southwest Eye Care in Chaska with her husband, Dr. Chris Freed, and colleague Dr. Chad Dockter. When you visit with Dr. Freed, you can expect to be well informed, and have all your questions answered.
