Dr. Amanda Kopczyk, O.D. graduated summa cum laude from Ferris State University, with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, and earned her Doctorate of Optometry from Michigan College of Optometry in Big Rapids, Michigan.
Being a native of Wisconsin, Dr. Kopczyk grew up in the Green Bay area and is delighted to provide eye care to Milwaukee’s community within the dynamic Third Ward. She has received optometric training at the Northern Indiana VA Health Care System in Fort Wayne, IN, and Grand Rapids Ophthalmology in Grand Rapids, MI, where she provided primary eye care and ocular disease management. She was also trained at the Kresge Eye Institute in Detroit, MI, specializing in therapeutic contact lens fitting including RGP, keratoconus, and post refractive surgery. In addition, she participated in the Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity program, and provided underprivileged patients with free eye care throughout a week long missionary visit to Dominica.
