Amber Cumings, O.D.

Dr. Amber Cumings, O.D. specializes in Neuro-Optometric and Pediatric Care, treating patients of all ages. Dr. Cumings was born in Michigan and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Ferris State University Michigan College of Optometry with a degree in Vision Science. She went on to earn her Doctorate of Optometry degree with Highest Distinction at Michigan College of Optometry. She completed a residency specializing in Pediatrics/Vision Therapy/ Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation with national thought leader Dr. Curtis Baxstrom.

She has obtained her Fellowship with the American Academy of Optometry, a prestigious honor in the field and also a Fellowship of the College of Optometrists in Vision Development which certifies optometrists as having advanced competency in providing developmental vision and vision therapy services. She enjoys hiking, kayaking, reading, and drawing.
