I went to Dr. Zhang for a 2nd opinion. I'm glad I did! Her recommendations moving forward made more sense to me with my dry eye issues. Thank you!

Love Dr. Zhang, but I waited 1.5 hours to see her. Two people who came in after my scheduled appointment time went in and out wh ole I was in the waiting room. Terrible patient service. When I exited, there was nobody there to schedule my next appointment. Have had good experience at Newbury Park office so I’ll go there in the future despite the distance.
