Following his academic pursuits, Dr. Venincasa completed his Internal Medicine Internship at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences before embarking on his residency in Ophthalmology at the esteemed Dean McGee Eye Institute in Oklahoma City. Throughout his training, he demonstrated exceptional dedication and was elected Chief Resident during the 2018-2019 academic year.
Dr. Venincasa is committed to providing exceptional eye care to his patients. He has been recognized for his contributions to the field, receiving awards such as the 405 Magazine Top Doctor, Journal Record Achievers Under 40, and NextGen Oklahoma 30 Under 30. He failed to tell me that I would be paying co-pay out-of-pocket for all this sound like a little bit of a trap on my Insurance told me that they paid completely for the services and there was no co-pay go figure
He explained everything so I could understand what my test results were and the options I had for corrective cataract surgery.

I was surprised that the only time you see Dr. Venincasa, is the initial exam. I did not see him the day of surgery and was told by his staff he does not see his parents post surgery. I think this is unusual
He was ok but he seemed to be rushing during pre consultation. Overall he was alright
I’m ready to get my eye’s back so I can see.
