The reviews listed below were collected independently of DLV Vision through rater8. Each review represents an authentic and verified patient experience.
I observed two conversations while waiting to be seen. Both not helpful to the patient, one on the phone was reprimanded for not showing up for her one week appointment after surgery. And the other man was sent out of the office without any sunglasses, he should’ve been handed one of those cheap little pairs. He also asked for a referral to an optometrist and receptionist said she didn’t know of any The receptionist should have 2 trees optometry cards available as they have your card available. Than when I was escorted back. The woman seemed very aloof, and in a hurry it was noon. maybe she was hungry I don’t know but very unempathetic although this is my first eye surgery for me in my 70s. She was very abrupt and unsympathetic and she gave me instructions that I didn’t know the terms she was using. And I walked out and never met the doctor.
