Even though she had had a family emergency that made her a few minutes late for the appointment, she was composed, professional, and friendly.. She answered all of my questions calmly and thoroughly and I'd highly recommend her for any opthalmic needs. Thank you Dr Pachydaki!
Excellent
She pays attention while I ask her questions.
I was very pleased with how she was able to get me in and take care of the issue at hand I have a follow up with her next week. I wasn't prepared for the procedure I needed but I had confidence she would take care of me. Thank you again.
Dr. Pachydaki is very caring and skilled.
Sophia has been taken care of my eye for quite a few years now and I’m very thankful cause I think my eyes are in pretty good shape. Thanks to her care.
Dr. P was fine, although I had some trouble understanding her. The tech who did my initial check (she was new to this office, usually works Canton office) seemed unsure of what she was doing.
Consultation with dr. seems very rushed! Staff was excellent though
She was so sweet, and very thorough.
I was sent to her office after an appointment earlier the same day. I was nervous as it could have been something serious. She put me at ease ear and all turned out well! A very wonderful experience as I was praying all would be ok. She explained everything and was very kind.
