Very thorough.
Though Dr. Bhargav is an excellent doctor, he has staff members that falls short. I was placed in a room waiting for Dr. Bhargav to enter and 45 minutes later I opened the door because for 45 minutes I heard laughter and talk from the staff, but no one ever came in or even looked in to update me on why Dr. Bhargav was taking so long. What I saw was two staff members standing right across from my door sipping on what appears to be coffee so I question them about their lack of service. All they could tell me is that the doctor was coming right now, but they would not address why I sat in that room for 45 minutes and they never offered any explanation for the wait. Poor service!!

We think Dr is a fantastic doctor.
Won't be seeing him until the 10th of this month. But I am sure if he is like the rest of your employees, I will sure like him too.
Everyone that I spoke with was professional and courteous. My only qualm was that it did take awhile, but they were very busy.
Great professional appointment!
