Entire staff, very friendly and kept me informed of the entire procedure. Dr Reeves helped me understand what cataracts are in a clear manner. Quite thankful!
He answered all my questions and was very helpful and thorough
Mn Eye does a fabulous job at making sure patients experience is great! I have to give extra kudos to Craig technician, he was so free spirited and made the visit very enjoyable! I'm thankful everyday that I choose Dr reeves for my initial appt 3yrs ago. his knowledge on keratoconus is suburb! My regular dr was recommending surgery and after meeting Dr reeves, he didn't feel that it was necessary unless something changes and thankfully to date nothing has changed.
I was told on 4/25 at my post op appointment that there is scar tissue. They told me I need to have surgery again and they scheduled it for 5/1. His surgical nurse didn't call me today with a time. I waited until this afternoon and left Becky a vm to call me the time. I need to have a driver that can sit and wait while I have a second surgery. Then they want another copay of $150.
I have had great experience with him. He was very pleasant too. He answered all my questions. I would highly recommend him.
Very friendly. Dr. Reeves explained the GAP procedure in terms that I could understand.
Surgery went well
Excellent surgeon! Communicates well and gives careful explanations and directions. A little early to tell, but I feel my cataract surgery was successful!
Very late. Waited approx 1 1/2 hours. Saw the doc less than 5 min.
Dr. Reeves is an excellent physician. He and his team are thorough and precise. They make sure thai I am well taken care of and all my questions are answered
