Dr Reeves did a very good job. But the communication by staff was terrible. I was left waiting in rooms as well as waiting rooms for long periods of time and no one came to explaine the delay. By the time I got to preop my blood pressure was very very elevated as I was getting very angry. Once again I was left to wait while staff discussed going to lunch which they all did. I was in the clinic for over 4 hours. It was inconvenient for the person that drove me as well as myself. My first cataract surgery. I was there a little over 90 minutes. I hope you can understand my side of things. Happenings in a clinic are not new to me. I worked clinic for over 30 years. But we kept the patient informed!
