First appointment.
Sean was awesome, he took the time to explain everything to us and answered all our questions at the consultation meeting. My husband is looking forward to getting his procedure done and to be able to see clear again.
Dr. Rivera is very thorough and explains everything.
Dr. Rivera is very good. The problem is that I had to wait almost 2.5 hours to see him. No one checked with me or apologized until I walked into his office. Two groups of patients came and went and then a third set came in when I was called. I think that is not very patient friendly. My question is why I was the second to the last patient seen even though about 15-20 patients came after me?
