Dr Rivera is very knowledgeable and helpful. he's very efficient. however the office is very disorganized very difficult for patients and has no respect for our time. it should not take two hours for a routine eye exam for glaucoma. I did not have a field test, which would have added much more time. the only thing that was done was a pressure check by thr technician and talking to Dr Rivera about my medications. most of the time spent was in the waiting rooms. I believe they lost track of me being there and it was only after I went into the back of the reception area and demanded that I be seen by him. They had all sorts of excuses. and yet as soon as I made noise and complained I was put into an exam room with Dr Rivera. My appointment was for 9:45 a.m. I did not leave the office until 11:55.
