Dr. Higg. was very professional and performed his duties well, yesterday. I always feel very comfortable talking to him, in his office. I was also impressed with his female assistant, whose name I forget. (maybe Lizbeth) Her preexam procedures were preformed in a professional and knowledgeable manner.

Dr. Higginbotham is kind, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I have seen him for three post-op visits after three incredibly difficult and traumatic surgeries and each time Dr. Higginbotham has given me vital information about my condition and ideas on how to move forward. He’s reassuring and calm gives me options for my very serious problems. He doesn’t gamble with peoples sight. If you need a specialist, he knows where to send you and he won’t be a cowboy. That’s the definition of an excellent doctor in my opinion. Good luck.

I liked that he answered my questions and explained things. I had to wait 20 minutes after the girl did all the preliminary questions and checking. I was surprised to see all the staff just standing around talking

I have been seeing Dr H for 20+ years. Cannot imagine going anywhere else. Regular exams, cataracts, blepharoplasty, etc. All has been excellant.
