Hi I would like to inform your company that my visit to your facility was only pleasant with Dr. Roe and his nurse. The rest of the staff were rude and didn’t inform me of eye dilation or possible shots to the eye prior to the day I was at your clinic

Very professional and explained everything perfectly

I was worried about eye and was told to come in right away. Pacific Eye Institute got me in immediately. Dr. Roe examined my eye and put me at rest that it was aged related but we need to keep checking on the situation to be sure. Dr. Roe was reassuring to me and made me feel that my eye was safe. Thank you Dr. Roe and the whole staff at Pacific Eye Institute for taking great care of me and reassuring me that my eye was going to be okay 👍

I have to admit, this doctor is one of the best doctors I have ever had. He is patient and thorough. He calmly explains what is wrong with you and steps needed to resolve this problem. When I saw where the facility is located, honestly, I was extremely skeptical. But, to my surprise, I was highly impressed. The staff is kind and courteous and know exactly what to do. There professionalism is beyond far beyond my expectations. You would be dumb-stupid not to give them a try. I almost was.😁

Extremely knowledgeable and very caring. I was so afraid I was going to lose my vision. Dr. Roe took the stress away after doing a laser treatment and bringing my vision back. I am still healing but my vision gets better everyday. Thank you so very much Dr. Roe.
