Very informative, and thorough
He is very good an makes patient feel comfortable
Very patient, kind, and professional. He talks a little fast and makes you feel like he is trying to rush you out the door. I’d appreciate if he’d slow down just a bit. Also, after my YAG procedure, he did not demonstrate any care for how I was doing or ask how I was doing. I was experiencing blurry vision in the affected eye and felt slightly off balance, but he just kept walking toward the check out desk and expected me to keep up. Renato is very nice, but he needs to keep in mind what his patient may be experiencing and not him personally.

Excellent care
Never saw this doctor. But thank you for confirming that I did come and check in and I did not cancel. Due to the untimliness of the scheduling of your front desk by overbooking extremely after waiting 45 minutes I assume my point was canceled by year office and I walked away. I did not reschedule an appointment as it was very disappointing and unbelievable when I walked in. They tell us not to come any earlier than 5 minutes to protect the health of our patients that when you walked and it looked like a cattle stockyard full of people. So disappointed
