Rebecca L. Chait, M.D. is a board-certified Comprehensive Ophthalmologist with a specialty focus on Cataracts, Medical Retina, and Glaucoma/MIGS. She brings extensive clinical expertise from both private practice and international medical mission work.
Throughout her career, Dr. Chait has been dedicated to providing patient-centric care. This commitment is evidenced by her recognition with multiple awards for clinical excellence and humanism, including the Paul A. Weber Award for Humanism in Ophthalmology and the Robyn D. Howson Housestaff Humanism Award. She has a lifelong passion for community service, having completed four medical mission trips to the African continent, including serving as a volunteer physician at Tenwek Mission Hospital in Kenya.
