I had an appointment with this doctor and waited 1 hour past my appointment time to the point where I left without getting seen because I could not wait any longer. Time management was terrible to see her patients.

Dr Allen takes time and care with her patients. I needed consultation on an eyelid growth, and she made moves with authorizing my insurance for it to be removed same day. The whole staff in the office is kind and everyone helped make my care go smoothly.
